The Marstek Venus-E 5.12 kWh is an advanced AC-coupled battery solution. This unit is ideal for expanding existing PV systems with a standard inverter, or as a standalone system to store and utilize low-cost power during peak prices. Suitable for residential and small business use.
Note: A smart meter is required for the system to function correctly. Choose the appropriate model based on your situation:
- Without smart meter – only suitable in situations where a compatible metering device is already present, for example in case of replacement or expansion.
- With CT002 – recommended when a smart meter is not available, or when the smart meter does not support P1 communication at SMR5.0 level or higher. This version uses external current chokes (CTs) for consumption metering. View technical information
- With CT003 – suitable for systems with a smart meter equipped with a P1 port and software version SMR5.0 or higher. This allows for easy reading of energy consumption via direct communication with the meter. View technical information
