Refund policy
Scope & Deadlines
- B2C (consumers): 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Notify your return via the contact form, stating your order number and reason. You will receive instructions after approval.
- B2B (business customers): Returns only with prior written approval (RMA). No statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging and complete (including accessories, manuals, documentation).
- Return shipment is at the risk and expense of the buyer (postage/transport).
- Non-conforming returns may be refused (in whole or in part).
Exclusions
- Lithium-(ion) batteries and ESS: By their nature, batteries may suffer invisible damage during drops or transport, creating fire or explosion hazards during return transport. This exclusion is in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and based on applicable ADR safety regulations for dangerous goods. By purchasing, the customer agrees to this specific return exclusion.
- Custom-made/personalised products and discounted items are excluded from refunds.
Refunds
- After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
- In practice, we process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
