Shipping policy

Ordering & Payment

  • Delivery takes place only after successful payment via the payment methods offered at checkout (no post-payment, unless expressly agreed in writing).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing or stock errors; any amounts already paid will be refunded.

Delivery Times

  • Indicative delivery time: up to 14 days (availability, processing, and transport planning).
  • Delivery times are not binding; in case of delays we will inform you proactively.

Delivery & Transfer of Risk

  • B2C: risk transfers upon actual receipt by the consumer or designated third party.
  • B2B: risk transfers upon handover to the carrier or when leaving our warehouse.
  • Ensure a suitable unloading situation (e.g. tail lift). Additional costs due to failed delivery attempts are borne by the recipient.

Damage & Discrepancies upon Receipt

  • Immediately check packaging and quantities; note visible damage on the delivery note and take photos.
  • Without written remark and photo documentation, the carrier/insurer may reject a claim.
  • Damage must be reported within 2 working days of delivery in writing.

Special Products

  • Lithium-(ion) batteries / ESS: due to transport regulations, these items cannot be collected or returned.
